Feature

Apps and voice

A dock on any screen edge, a full-screen app panel with search and pins, and a microphone button that talks to the assistant you already have.

The launcher replaces the home screen, so it also has to be a good way to reach every other app. It does that with a dock and a full-screen app panel, both tuned for touch accuracy at automotive distances.

Dock

An application dock attaches to any screen edge — bottom, top, left or right — with a compact or extended width. A long-press edits the dock: buttons and status icons reorder or hide individually, and a reset restores the default layout.

App panel

A full-screen application panel offers search, a pinned-apps row, recently used apps, an A–Z fast-scroll index and three icon-size presets. A long-press on an app opens App info or uninstalls the app; a long-press on a pinned app enters an edit mode where pins reorder, drop off the row, or hide from the panel altogether.

Voice assistant

A microphone button in the dock captures speech in-launcher with a live transcript, and falls back to the system voice assistant when no on-device recognizer exists or the microphone permission is denied. The launcher brings no assistant of its own: recognition runs through the device’s own speech service, and the request goes to whatever assistant the device already has.
